The Academy for Textile Decoration (Aka-Tex) is extending the supporting programme of the Print & Stitch Europe Roadshow in Metzingen with several practice-oriented seminars. In addition to the exhibition itself, visitors can deepen their knowledge in areas such as costing, production processes and future developments in textile decoration.
The seminars take place directly during the event on 10 and 11 June 2026 and are aimed at embroidery shops, printing businesses, decoration companies and other industry professionals who want to expand their expertise.

The selection underlines that Print & Stitch Europe sees itself not only as a product exhibition, but increasingly as a platform for training, exchange and hands-on industry information.
The seminars are particularly relevant for trainees and students. Aka-Tex offers reduced participation fees on request, and all participants receive an official certificate of attendance for the training.
Further information and registration for the seminars are available directly from Aka-Tex.

Why this structure matters
In practice, successful decoration processes depend on the interaction of multiple factors: machines, materials, techniques, accessories and expertise. The roadshow reflects this interplay and makes differences visible.
Visitors can therefore not only compare individual products, but also better assess which combinations will work effectively in their own production environment.
More exhibitors to follow
The list of participating companies will continue to grow in the coming weeks. Additional exhibitors and focus areas will be announced ahead of the event.
